You have a lot of different good head choices. Really, any of the top offerings from Dart, Trick Flow, Edelbrock, RHS, Air Flow Research, or World would be fine in your power range.
On camshaft, I'd call Comp Cams, their new line of LSX-R cams would be great with your engine.
