SEMA was a big show for GM Performance Parts when they unveiled the new emission legal engine package called E-Rod. For PRI they were sure to bring out all the hardcore racing products that racers have been craving for. To bring LSX performance into the level, GMPP had a host of parts that are all designed to let you get the most out of your LSX engine - or if you are ready to make a LSX swap your next project!
Everyone knows LS engines make big power and it is all in their heads. GMPP has 20 different head versions for LS engines from mild to wild. On the wild side, there is the brand new LSX-DR (Drag Racing) Heads. Made from 356-T6 Aluminum, these heads are ready to support over 900 NA HP. This is thanks to a 5/8” deck height, an 11° valve angle and rectangle intake port design on one side, with a spread port exhaust port pattern on the other. All of this in a CNC package that is machined for 1.660 Valve Springs and can flow 430 CFM on the intake side.
