Moroso now offers an updated version of their sealed battery box at a more competitive price. The box is ideal for relocating the battery to the trunk and is cheaper than metal trunk mount kits.

Moroso Sealed Battery Box
Moroso makes battery relocation easy with their sealed battery box that features an airtight lid with closed-cell foam gasket to prevent battery gasses from entering the vehicle. A vent tube in included that carries battery gasses outside of vehicle.
For mounting, the battery box features 3/8" steel hold-down rods to keep the battery secure during racing conditions. Convenient quick-lock fasteners are accessed from top, eliminating the need to reach under the box in tight spaces to secure the nut.
The box includes all mounting hardware, rubber cable, clamps and grommets.
