Not only is this a really sweet ride, it also won the Goodguys Street Machine of the Year award for 2009 in Columbus, Ohio. Built by Phil and Jeremy Gerber and the Roadster Shop for customer Barry Blomquist, this Vette was a pioneer for the new C1 chassis line that the Roadster Shop is now producing. Made from mutiple materials, such as carbon fiber and aluminum to keep weight down, every single panel on the car was custom engineered. Not only did this jaw dropper win the Goodguys Street Machine award, but it also got 1st place in the Goodguys autocross event as well!

Sporting a custom hand made aluminum dash, the interior turned many heads as well. The Alcantara suede accents blended nicely with the Italian red leather seats. And the continuation of carbon fiber in the gauges complemented the rest of the carbon fiber panels on the car. Lets not forget about the F-1 inspired race pedals!
Turn Key Engines supplied the thump of this heart stopper with the ever so popular, but not so easily attained LS7, pumping out 618 horsepower and 640 ft. lbs. of torque! You might notice it looks a little different? That's because of the carbon fiber trumpets adorned on the top of the engine. This kind of horsepower exited the engine through a set of custom stainless 2-inch primary headers, and the Bowler T-56 transmission took care of the gear slamming.
A shot from the rear of this car is something you'd have to get used to. With a completely custom styled rear end, I'd say she's got a nice "ghetto booty".
